Emergency appointments work well and are easy to get.
GPs are always very pleasant, in no rush and explain everything clearly.
Appointments run to time unless something out of the ordinary happens.
Receptionists are polite and helpful.
Nurses are excellent.
Can't think of any specific improvements.
